Dreamlight Ingredients: Bell Pepper
Dreamlight Bell Peppers are an ingredient used for cooking meals and filling character meal requests in Disney’s Dreamlight Valley. Like all vegetables in the Disney game, they are also used to as meals such as appetizers, entrees or desserts at cooking stations throughout The Valley.
In this post you’ll find detailed information about seeds packets, gardening activities and which cooking recipes call for Dreamlight Bell Pepper.
Learn how to plant seeds and make meals with red pepper. Then find instructions to help guide through and explore the recipe book; where recipes are stored until you need to reference them for the right recipe ingredients.
Next, discover which types of meals include a sweet bell pepper to quickly grow what you need to fuel up Valley characters’ energy stores.
And finally, compare pricing to decide which is better—growing vegetables or buying the veggies you need.
How To Get Dreamlight Bell Pepper
Start meal orders and friendship requests by gathering your spices, herbs and any other items the recipe calls for. As for produce ingredients, the options are: grow the produce needed using seed packets or buy ready-to-cook vegetables.
Harvesting vs. Buying Bell Peppers
The first thing to think through is if it’s better for your game plan to buy seeds and harvest vegetables or purchase an bell pepper at a higher price. Weigh out the time and effort it takes to make your own fruits and veggies or if buying them from Goofy’s Stall is best.
After you decide if the cost difference and time devoted to gardening matters to you, it’s time for you to grab some seeds or ready-to-use asparagus.
Players can purchase fully-grown bell peppers and/or a seed packet from Goofy’s Stall to fulfill Villagers’ needs once the stall is available to purchase, paid for and set up in the native area.
Some shop goods aren’t available until a later upgrade of Goofy’s Stall. Check to see which upgrade includes the items you need to make cooking easier to manage.
Gardening may be a less expensive way to help Mickey and his friends, but quick cash is always nice. Try selling harvested vegetables and other crafted items for a boost to your cashflow.
Whether you’re playing to complete collections or to casually make five-course meals, it’s helpful to compare the ingredient options needed to complete your cooking goals.
Growing Bell Peppers
Assuming you’ve already purchased seed packets at the local supply shop, you’re ready to grab a garden plot, grab your Royal Tools and get started growing your own fruits, grains and vegetables.
Seed Packet Availability
Bell Peppers and Bell Pepper Seed Packets are available for purchase in Frosted Heights after reaching the second level of Goofy’s Stall. The seeds and other products offered at this stall are considered native to the area.
Seed Packet Bonus
Planting the seeds in their native location rewards players with a accelerated growth bonus. Crops grow 10% faster in their preferred biome.
You will notice a caret (^) icon will show up in the upper left corner of the seed photo on seeds that are native to the current location of the garden plot.
Use the Dreamlight Gardening: Seed Packets Checklist above to find each native biome for every seed packet in Dreamlight Valley.
Plant Seeds
Growing your own ingredients takes time and effort, but requires less Star Coins. At some point in the game, we’re all desperate for a few bucks and turn to making recipes for a quick boost to our bank balance. No shame in the game, my friend.
If you’re not in a hurry, however, growing vegetables is a money-wise choice that’s a fun activity to do while relaxing in front of the tv.
Water Seedlings
Some produce needs water to grow. To water your seeds use the Watering Can, which located in your inventory.
If you’re like me, you’ll be happy to hear that if you plant a bunch of seeds and maybe accidentally forget they’re waiting to be watered (ahem)—rain water counts as watering while you’re away.
Rainy Weather
In Dreamlight Valley, there’s no dependable daily schedule for rain each day. So pack an umbrella because you never know when the weather will turn stormy.
It’s important to note that one rain storm equals one action. Each seed packet’s watering needs determine how often seedlings need watering. You can either wait for another rain shower or water the garden with a watering can to speed up the process.
Buy Crops
Players who are in a hurry to move quickly through a quest’s tasks and/or cooking challenges can buy ready-to-use crops from Goofy at his stall. Again, this can get pricey, but it’s quicker for impatient Villagers (ahem again).

Bell Pepper & Seed Packet Requirements
Here are the numbers help make a decision whether to buy vegetables or grow your own produce for recipes. Look at not only the prices, but how many of each item you grow using each seed packet.
To get an accurate total profit, multiply the amount the action yields by the price if sold, then subtract the seed packet price. This helps make the math correct so you can compare stats.

- Price to Buy Seed Packet: 50 Star Coins
- Yields: 1
