Asparagus seeds are unlocked after the second upgrade of Goofy’s Stall. At that time you can buy both the seeds to grow an onion or a ready-to-go asparagus.

Purchasing seeds and growing your own ingredients costs less, but takes more time. As you’ve probably guessed, buying produce and supplies costs more, but gives instant reward.

Seeds can be planted in any biome, however planting asparagus seeds in their native area will allow seed packets to grow 10% faster than if they are planted in another land.

After planting, an asparagus seed packet takes 2 hours 45 minutes to grow and needs 2 waterings until it can be harvested.

Ingredients can be placed in your virtual world by highlighting the item you need inside the inventory window, choosing the amount and selecting drop. They then can be positioned differently using the furniture placement mode.

Asparagus (as with all veggies) can be eaten to refill energy and used to create meals for quests.
