Lime Foam
- 2 oz Lime juice, fresh
- 4 oz Water
- 1 tsp Sea salt
- 1 tsp Sucrose esters
Cocktail
- 1 1/2 oz 818 Anejo Tequila
- 1/2 oz Cointreau Noir Liquor
- 1/2 oz Blood orange syrup
- 1/2 oz Sour cherry syrup
- 3/4 oz Fresh lime juice
- Lime salt foam, reserved
- 1 pkg Cherry popping candy, 1/3 oz pkg

How to Make it:

Lime Foam

Combine lime juice, water, sea salt, & sucrose esters in a blender.

Blend on high until foamy, then set aside until ready to serve.
Cocktail
- 1
Combine tequila, Cointreau, lime juice, blood orange syrup and cherry syrup into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake well.

Place a large ice cube in a double old fashion glass. Strain cocktail into glass.

Layer desired amount of foam onto the top of the cocktail.

Garnish with cherry-flavored popping candy.
